Samantha Woods - CEO

Samantha began her career working in the modeling and fashion Industry initially in New York and later for a number of years London.

Her return to Australia saw a change in direction with Samantha beginning a long and successful career in the Film and Television industry producing works in both Australia and abroad.

Samantha's move to Woodsman Funding brings our company into an exciting new stage with her considerable managerial and executive experience a credit to the company.

Throughout her varied career Samantha has been heavily involved in the financial aspects of running a business and project management. From this experience Samantha knows the importance of maintaining positive cash flow, and keeping administrative costs to a minimum.

Samantha has been married to James Woods for 12 years and is the mother to their son Max.

Away from work she shares her husband's love for sailing and outdoor adventures.

  Kyle Ogden - Business and Legal Manager

A graduate of the University of Melbourne Law School, and an admitted Legal Practitioner, Kyle comes to Woodsman funding by way of a diverse background including a number of years spent working abroad in both Europe and North America, and a period of service in the Australian Defence Force.

A keen traveller and outdoorsman with a passion for new languages and cultures, Kyle's hobbies include cycle touring, hiking, climbing and mountaineering.

   
 
     

  Jenny Phan - Accounts Manager

Jenny has a Bachelor of Accounting degree and is currently engaged
in study for accreditation as a  Certified Practising Accountant.

She has hands on experience in all facets of bookkeeping , accounts
and business administration.

In addition to her work with Woodsman Funding,  Jenny assists the Financial Controller with the administration and account processes for
our associated businesses eCollect Pty. Ltd and EC Legal Pty Ltd.

Jenny has the responsibility of supervising and overseeing the
operational side of the funding process including payments, receipts
and reporting to our clients where necessary.
